Terms of service

Agreement

By accessing or using Compass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is provided by Fifty Five and Five Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The service

Compass is an AI orchestration platform for enterprise marketing teams. It connects to your existing tools, creates plans, and executes work on your behalf. The Service is currently in a pilot phase and access is by invitation only. Features, functionality and availability may change without notice during this period.

Accounts and access

Access to Compass requires authentication via Microsoft Entra ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your credentials secure and not share them
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Company administrators control user access within their organisation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Compass to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Compass. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our privacy policy.

Third-party integrations

Compass connects to third-party services (Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, Asana, etc.) on your behalf. These connections are authorised by you via OAuth. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

AI-generated output

Compass uses AI models to generate plans, content and execute tasks. While we work to ensure output quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all output before it is published, sent or acted upon. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifty Five and Five Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
